Hey y’all, here’s our newest episode Death + Grief. We (Moni + Jazmine) both experienced close family deaths this year. In this episode we explore what death is and how we grieved our respective losses. We talk about how to deal with complicated emotions surrounding those we lose and the importance of preparing yourself and your family for our inevitable passing.
