Labor Day was created to celebrate the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity and well-being of our country!  That means that it is a day for each and every one of us who made a contribution based on the work that we have done throughout our life.

Celebrate!  And celebrate every small step you take to achieve your goal, an accomplishment, and achievement!  Celebration offsets burnout and contributes to sustained motivation!

Celebrate everyone who came before you and paved the way for you to be able to do whatever it is that you do.  Tomorrow, we celebrate those trail blazers and opened up the way for us to do what we do!!  Thanks to  the pioneers!
