Snowy is in the early stages of puppy training and on the route to becoming a guide dog. Val talks about the dogs she has trained for the Guide Dogs Association, and other ways in which people can volunteer to help. Mark talks about how useful a guide dog is to a blind person. Snowy behaves himself and keeps quiet.
