Jody's been NSNG® for many years. She's so invested in spreading this way of eating.   Vinnie doesn't know many people personally who have gone through this. Jody believes that eating NSNG® has helped her get through this. This way of eating reduces your inflammation. Jody is 50 years old, healthy with no other medical issues. She eats very cleanly and also does not eat dairy or drink. She also goes to the gym 5 or so times a week. Her infection likely came from community spread––she hadn't travelled recently. The Minnesota Dept. of Health has been great. Her appetite went. It felt like a horrible, horrible version of the flu. She had a fever and incredible fatigue. Rest, if you have this, is incredibly important. She had some chest pains, a dry cough, weird sinus burning, and more. Jody was really careful before she got this, but sometimes you cannot stop it. She is also a touch person.  However, taking all of the steps to prevent contracting or spreading this disease if you knowingly have it is so necessary. If you're feeling very sick, at the very least, Jody urges you to call a doctor. If you are having trouble breathing, Jody urges you to go to the hospital. Call ahead so they're expecting you.
