b'So much for chaos and a lack of parity. As the first two rounds of the NCAA tournament have come to an end, the Sweet 16 is loaded with all but two of the top four seeds in each region advancing. Oregon may be wearing the glass slipper right now in the South Region while Auburn seems to be riding high in the Midwest. Truth is, the more you hear about predicted chaos, the more likely normalcy will win out.
