Happy New Year!!! And welcome to another episode of the Filmmaker’s Compass Podcast! We’re back :) And on this week’s show we are interviewing filmmaker and writer Harrison Reishman. Harrison is a native of Hurricane, West Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia with degrees in Psychology and Business. He began his entertainment career at United Talent Agency in the mailroom, then as a television development executive at Entertainment One, where he worked on many scripted series (i.e., Hung, Hell on Wheels) and sold original projects. He currently lives in Los Angeles as a writer, director, and producer. In 2018, he partnered with fellow artist, cinematographer, editor and producer, Atom Jones, to forge their first filmmaking efforts with their short films "Dad's BS" and the grant-funded "Crosswinds". They are currently in post-production on their third short film collaboration.
