Published: Oct. 16, 2020, 2 p.m.

On episode 17, Bryan welcomes Joel Copling to discuss their favorite films starring Tom Hanks. Considered by many as "America's dad", six-time Oscar nominee Hanks has been acting since the early '80s after getting his start by appearing on sitcoms, such as "Happy Days", "Family Ties" and "The Love Boat", as well as the starring role in "Bosom Buddies" and later snagging lead roles in the films: "Splash" and "Bachelor Party". Since 1988's "Big", he has been acting in project after project, including "Saving Private Ryan", "Road to Perdition", "Toy Story" and "Captain Phillips", showing his true versatility as an actor, as well as a director. Hanks won two back-to-back Best Actor Oscars for "Philadelphia" and "Forrest Gump" respectively. There's no one like Hanks working in the industry today and there'll never be a day where he isn't regarded as one of the best actors of all time.
