Film Fallout Podcast #85 - There are Stranger Things in 1922

Published: Nov. 2, 2017, 3:14 p.m.

Christopher Cross and Dylan Schwan began October with a Stephen King Netflix adaptation and by golly, we're gonna end it with one too. This week we took a look at 1922, written and directed by Zak Hilditch and based on a novella by Stephen King. 1922 stars Thomas Jane contorting his face as much as possible to do an accent that isn't very good, so let that set your expectations for how this review of 1922 went. Dylan caught up on a bunch of television this week, including David Fincher's Mindhunter, as well as the second season of Stranger Things. Meanwhile, Chris suffered through Suburbicon for all of you so you can hear him talk about that. And of course, there are the Blu-rays of the week and the news. Next week, we're very excited to say that we're reviewing a Marvel movie we genuinely think might be great: Thor: Ragnarok. Film Fallout is a weekly podcast about film and television, hosted on BagoGames.com. Every week, Christopher Cross and Dylan Schwan discuss news happening in the industry, blu-ray releases coming out this week, what they’ve been watching, and then a review of one movie. You can listen to it on SoundCloud, iTunes, or on BagoGames. Also follow us on Instagram for some behind-the-scenes magic. We are both on Twitter, if you’d like to follow us there. Chris is @HammerkopCross, Dylan is @DreaminDylanS, and you can follow the podcast @Filmfalloutcast. And finally, there is a Facebook page for the podcast if you’d like to ‘like’ us on that.
