Christopher Cross and Dylan Schwan would be too conspicuous for Debbie Ocean’s heist so instead we just sit back and review how Sandra Bullock and company fared in Ocean’s 8. The sequel/reboot of the Ocean’s franchise is helmed by Gary Ross instead of Steven Soderbergh, but still maintains a lot of the style of the original films. But does that mean it’s a great film? Listen to us discuss the cast, the heist, and what it means to be an Ocean’s movie on this week’s episode. We were too busy watching the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) to actually have much to talk about movie-wise this week, so other than Westworld’s newest episode, we mostly just talk about trailers like First Man, Halloween, and The Lego Movie 2.
