This episode features Jay von Czoernig, Rick von Czoernig, Eric von Czoernig and Michael Froelich of von C Brewing Brewing Company.

von C got started as a senior project for Jay while he attended North Eastern University.  This is when he wrote the business plan in 1993.  The von Czoernig family history of brewing goes back to 1860.  The lineage reaches back to Christian Schmidt who founded the largest brewery in Philadelphia.  Finally in 2020 they were ready to put that business plan into action.  Today what is retro is cool.  They brew the OG Pils which is their nod to the Schmidt's legacy.   This is what helped to make Schmidt's a household name.  At von C you get to drink brewing history... past , present and future.  We had such an amazing time with the Von C team.  Their story is as captivating as the memorabilia in the brewery.  However, the reason you come is for the incredible beer and lively energy.  Prost!
