The State Department is bringing onboard the fifth cohort of students for its Foreign Affairs Information Technology Fellowship program. Students receive scholarships and internships, in return for a five-year commitment to the Foreign Service. The fellowship supplies in-demand tech talent for the department, with a focus on diversifying the Foreign Services ranks.
