DoD promises more housing rights for military tenants, questions on BAH arise

Advocates, tenants and lawmakers say those three were the most important. The Pentagon is promising to put them into the bill of rights, after it talks with the private military housing companies. While the brass cogitates, service members and their families continue to suffer through mice, mold, lead paint and other substandard housing conditions. This more than a year after DoD and the housing companies promised to clean up their act.
