For more than a decade, the Department of Homeland Security ranked dead last in the Partnership for Public Service\u2019s Best Places to Work in the Federal government rankings. But\xa0this year\xa0D-H-S jumped up in\xa0the rankings, for 2023,\xa0it had the \u201cmost improved\u201d engagement and satisfaction score of all large agencies.
