She\\u2019s a national treasure, so it\\u2019s great when a big name like Miley Cyrus showcased her at the MTV Video Music Awards a few years back.

And now, Vivacious recently tore it up with Katy Perry on Saturday Night Live where she synchronized her fan slaps to the pop diva\\u2019s \\u201cSwish Swish Bish.\\u201d The dance number was filled with fierce club kids but fifteen-year-old Russell Horning, known as the \\u201cBackpack Kid\\u201d stole the show with his goofy arm swinging.
