Jason Lazarus Talks about Composing the Music for 'Teen Titans Go! vs Teen Titans'

Jason Lazarus is a Los Angeles based composer for film, television, and video games. His original scores include the WB Animated film Teen Titans Go! vs. Teen Titans, the Nickelodeon short film TMNT: Don Vs Raph, and the independent films Stand and Phantom Halo. As an arranger and additional writer, Jason has contributed music to films including Straight Outta Compton, Stuber, and Robin Hood, as well as the television shows Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G., Jean-Claude Van Johnson, and Quantico.

We spoke to Lazarus heading into Comic-Con weekend and got his take on composing music for animation vs live-action films and which of the two DC Animated series did he prefer.
