Everyday is a battle with myself

This was a difficult episode because I started this episode with a goal in mind but as I talked you will begin to hear my cognitive distortion disrupting my train of thought and attempt to hijack my positive mindset with negativity.  In this episode I will also show you how I use mindfulness deep-breathing exercise to overcome anxiety attack.  And you will hear me talking about mental health and personal hygiene.
