Opening to Our Soul Self  

Self-Love and Self-Actualization rise up in the expression of our Soul\'s longing. We are being guided - but are we listening? Do we know how?  

"COVID Chrysalis" - the tightness of continued uncertainty is leading many to a new version of self. It\'s a reflective time to reconsider values,  priorities and to hear the whisper within that has been hushed by our busy lives.   We have the opportunity to open to our soul self, find the inner voice, discern between Ego and Soul voices. They are both necessary but or different functions. Sometimes, this get confused.  Here we take a moment to focus on our hearts to form Soul connection, and meditate on our hearts.
