At the height of the Cold War, a Russian space mission ends tragically when all but one of its crew die during its return from orbit. But when a controversial doctor is brought in to care for the lone survivor, she finds that something else might have fallen to earth along with the cosmonauts. Can she (and we) survive against shape-shifting xenomorphs fueled by fear and a totalitarian government that demands their silence at any cost?
