b'Silas Bernardoni is a co-operator of Roller Coaster Farm and an operations consultant specializing in the\\n development and implementation of organizational strategies for organizations looking to transition\\n out of a start-up mentality toward operations. He is also an advocate for family farming, sustainable\\n agricultural practices, heritage genetics, preserving historic agricultural methodologies, empowering\\n societies through the use of technology, improving the quality and accessibility of education throughout\\n the world, and community scale renewable energy technologies.\\n Roller Coaster Farm is a family-owned-and-operated 400 acre farm located in the rolling hills of southwest Wisconsin\\u2019s beautiful Driftless Area. The Bernardoni family has continually raised animals on the farm for over 30 years and is currently being operated by multiple generations of the family.
