In Psalm 118, the writer remembers difficult times in his life when he experienced emotional suffering, fear, desperation and weakness. He also remembers that no matter what was going on, God is good and his love endures forever. He discovered he could trust God to be his strength and salvation. He reflects on God being able to take a stone the builders rejected and make it the most important.
