Practical tips on how to become a more productive artist and creator:

  1. Intermittent fasting: Don\'t get food coma during the day. Fast until evening or dinner-time. After eating a (massive) and meat-heavy dinner, it is best to \'food coma\' and go straight to sleep.
  2. \\n
  3. Sleep a shitload: I aim for 10-12 hours. This is good for me, because I start the day with 110% battery capability.

  5. When you can no longer do creative work, walk to the gym and powerlift.
  6. \\n
  7. Drink much water and coffee during the day.
  8. \\n
  9. Maximal sunlight
  10. \\n
  11. Maximal walking, standing, and movement.
