Practical tips on how to become a more productive artist and creator:

\n - Intermittent fasting: Don't get food coma during the day. Fast until evening or dinner-time. After eating a (massive) and meat-heavy dinner, it is best to 'food coma' and go straight to sleep.
\n - Sleep a shitload: I aim for 10-12 hours. This is good for me, because I start the day with 110% battery capability.
\n - When you can no longer do creative work, walk to the gym and powerlift.
\n - Drink much water and coffee during the day.
\n - Maximal sunlight
\n - Maximal walking, standing, and movement.
\n
