Don Thompson is VP of Software Development at Nextech Systems, a leading specialty specific Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records software company.  He has worked his entire career at Nextech, starting at a coop position 18 years ago as the company grew from 10 employees to its current size of over 250.  Don received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton in Computer Science. Don currently lives in Tampa, FL. Most of his free time is spent staying active, he can often be found in a rock climbing or ninja warrior gym.
