- Kathryn\'s Hollandaise Sauce Recipe:
- Ingredients:
- 5 Tbs butter
- 1 Lemon
- 4-6 oz lowfat sour cream
- 1 T water
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- To make sauce:
- Whisk egg yolks and lemon juice together
- Boil a pot of water and pour eggs/lemon mix in mixing bowl and set over boiling water
- Keep whisking. Mix melted butter and sour cream together and add slowly
- Keep whisking until sauce thickens. Add water water for consistency Add paprika
