Jessica Ekberg, OTR/L is a Certified Pelvic Floor Therapist and Certified Restore Your Core Instructor. As an occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience, Jessica has helped hundreds of people meet their goal of returning to the independence of daily activities with more confidence, less pain, more motion/flexibility, strength, and improved balance.

For many years Jessica thought that leaking and peeing her pants was a normal thing. After having two kiddos and dealing with her own healing journey, she discovered that none of these were normal nor should anyone have to accept them. So many people struggle with bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction \u2013 as well as pelvic pain disorders. Jessica discovered firsthand the effectiveness of treatment along with the lack of information available to the millions of people that are trying to manage and deal with pelvic floor-related issues. She knows how valuable good health is for quality of life and her goal is to help you achieve this to allow for a return to optimal functioning as quickly as possible.
