Christine Forsythe is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with a mission to address the root causes of her client’s symptoms through diet and lifestyle changes. Christine’s journey to becoming a dietitian started at a young age. Her whole family is in the medical field, so health and wellness are in her DNA. It wasn’t until after her first year in college at Oklahoma State that the power of food took hold in a personal way. Christine learned that she was intolerant to gluten, a protein found in wheat and other grains and that she would have to shift the way she ate completely. Several years later, after suffering from weight gain, cystic acne, hair loss, and mild depression, Christine was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), a hormonal condition that causes insulin resistance accompanied by inflammation. After receiving this diagnosis, Christine dug even more into her diet and found that there is a way to battle and alleviate her symptoms naturally and without medication.
Christine understands that food is a powerful tool. She has experience in the medical environment, helping patients maximize the healing process, and has also worked extensively with collegiate athletes optimizing performance with diet. From meal planning to tailoring recipes to suit an allergy to coming up with healthy snacks that fit your lifestyle, Christine can make it happen. Whether you are looking to lose weight, optimize performance, heal from an injury, or professional accountability to maintain a healthy lifestyle, Christine is here for you.
