But once I\\u2019m able to slow down and change my perspective on it all \\u2013 there\\u2019s no way I wouldn\\u2019t do what I\\u2019m doing. No matter what you\\u2019re feeling anxiety around, change the lens you\\u2019re viewing it through and see how you can make it easier.
