Luke Owens is a father of 3 (husband to 1), the founder of The Hub Gym in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and is in the pursuit of his master’s degree in Psychology with the hopes of opening a retreat center for people who have experienced trauma.
For nearly the last decade he has been on a journey of self-discovery with the intention of uncovering his own trauma and limiting beliefs so that he can help others do the same. He lives by the motto of “Never take advice from those who do not have what you are looking for” and his dedication to his own self unfoldment is his way of ensuring he has what others are looking for.
At the beginning of 2020 Luke released his book “The Hub Book – Your 30 Day Guide to Getting Fit Now” with the hopes of giving people a literal guide to living a more healthy life. It is packed full of example workouts, nutrition guidance, and the story of how Luke has come to be the man he is today.
