I met Garrett at the urinal in a campground bathroom. He is a recently graduated and board certified RD, MS in Nutrition Diagnostics. In our brief 15 minute conversation we cover briefly some of Garrett’s dietetics philosophy, his band Sycamore (which will be dropping an album soon and that I will be sharing), his passion of mushrooms and company he is starting out to partner with local sources to bring mushrooms to the dinner table. We really covered a lot in a brief amount of time. Garrett was on his way to Fayetteville tonight with his friends to see the Avett Brothers in concert but he was gracious enough to share 15 minutes with me. Thanks, @garrett.collums !
