b"Pour up a Chicago Fizz and join Steven McCash as he relives this classic from 2002 alongside Stoney Keeley and Brandon Vick. Today, we're drinking with...Chicago!
To make the Chicago Fizz, you'll need:
-1oz dark rum
-1oz ruby port
-1/2oz lemon juice
-1/2 tsp refined sugar
-3-5oz club soda
-1 egg white
Gather ingredients. In a cocktail shaker, dry shake the rum, port, sugar, egg white, and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled Collins glass (or whatever). Top that with club soda, serve, and enjoy!"
