The CPSC and Jim Lamp recall the J Hunt and J Hunt & Co. Home Accent Tables with Charging Receptacles.  The charging receptacles and USB ports may have electrical issues that could create a shock hazard.  About 99,000 of these tables were sold in the US and 11,000 were sold in Canada.  Immediately stop using the receptacles on these tables.  Contact Jimco Lamp and Manufacturing Co. by calling 1-833-659-0753 to discover if you have one of the affected items and to arrange a replacement or a refund.
