Seventy years ago this month, listeners first met \\u201cthe man with the action-packed expense account\\u201d when Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar premiered on CBS. The show ran until 1962 with several actors stepping into the shows of \\u201cAmerica\\u2019s fabulous freelance insurance investigator,\\u201d but the best of the bunch was Bob Bailey. Bailey starred as Johnny Dollar from 1955 until 1960, including a tremendous run of five-part nightly stories from 1955 to 1956. We\\u2019ll hear the last of those serialized installments - \\u201cThe Silent Queen Matter\\u201d (originally aired on CBS from October 29 to November 2, 1956).
