Julia's Cauliflower Cheese Take a whole cauliflower and par boil it until it is half cooked (ie just tender). Remove it from the water so it doesn't over cook and put aside.  Make a white sauce using equal parts butter and flour. Cook this off in a saucepan for a few minutes then add enough milk to make a thick sauce.  Place the cauliflower in a baking dish (you can break it up if needs be) then cover with the white sauce. Sprinkle with grated strong tasty cheese and bake at 180c until the cheese browns.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
