In this finale we got a lot of technical and plot stuff that doesn\\u2019t survive a whole lot of logic, but the emotional and character beats are truthful and the season\\u2019s overarching themes (Doctor as commander of soldiers, \\u201cAm I a good man?\\u201d, Clara as Doctor-in-training, and the lies\\u2014oh, all the lies) are brought home strongly.
