2020 Review | 2021 Outlook for My 3 Laundromats $$$$

Published: Jan. 14, 2021, 11 a.m.

In today’s episode I go over how the year 2020 went, and then give you my plan and what I’m expecting for the new year going forward. I talk about business depreciation and expenses you will face as a business owner, which will provide you with tax breaks and help you stay afloat. I’m also going to be opening a 4th laundromat here soon and I tell you about what’s going on there. For this year, I plan to make 1.1 million in revenue for the low end of my plan, and the high end of my plan is 1.3 million. I also go over the top 5 expenses I face for this business and what percentage they each take.

How did the laundromats do? 7:52

“If you’re 40 years old, when you’re 43 you could have 3 laundromants. And when you’re 50, those laundromats could be paid off and that $556,000 that is the high end of my plan for 2020, with no debt, that’s what would be going into your pocket.” 21:28
