In Wake Up! Michelle shares how she lost over 100 pounds twice in her life, and kept those pounds off the second time around. Additionally, she introduces The Pearl Principle™; 10 steps that anyone who has suffered with an ongoing weight problem can follow to lose weight and become healthier and more fit. Pearl is also the owner of multiple businesses, including an online exercise service called Imperfect Fitness (www.ImperfectFitness.com) which creates customized DVD’s for exercisers based on their general health and fitness level. To drive home her message, Pearl features exercise assistants in her videos who are healthy and fit, but do not have “perfect” bodies.
