InterContinental Hotels Group launched IHG Studio, a new digital in-room guest solution providing guests to, amongst other things:
+ Stream contents from personal devices to room TV
+ Make service requests
+ Order room service
+ Purchase on-property amenities
+ Pay with IHG Rewards Club points
IHG Studio is currently available in the U.S., but it will be rolled out to other countries by the end of the year. “IHG Studio,” Jeff Edwards, Senior Vice President, Global Hotel and Owner Solutions at IHG, stated, “is yet another way we are innovating the guest experience for today’s travelers.”
