Not only is she a Registered Pharmacist, but she is a PPDC-Certified Diabetes Educator. She is a member of the Nevada Diabetes Counsel, and has lobbied the State Legislature on the Senate floor on behalf of Diabetic causes.In her role with Von's/Safeway Pharmacy, a national Grocery Store/Pharmacy chain, Khanh facilitates education programs for people affected by Diabetes by teaching them how to shop wisely and be a more informed health-conscious consumer.
