Nick is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, and a Licensed Dietitian. Nick is also a Type 1 Diabetic.Diagnosed at the age of 4, Nick brings a lifetime of experience in dealing with T1D. He is now a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian. He is working toward becoming a CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator).\\xa0\\nNick shares some of his life experience in dealing with T1D. He also gives us some practical diet advice to help us make wise choices, as we navigate though life with Diabetes.\\nAlso on the show, Charlie welcomes, in studio, his favorite high school teacher, Don Day, and his lovely wife, Bette. Mr. Day was a music teacher and choir director. He was a true inspiration to Charlie, and made an impression that followed him throughout his life.\\nCharlie is currently in pre-production for the feature-length documentary film, The Children of Diabetes...Needles, Pumps, and Finger Sticks.\\n\\nThe soundtrack for the film is provided by the National Children's Diabetes Choir, which is also directed by Charlie.
