\\u201cI spent a good chunk of time working in the beer industry. And I just got sick of the travel. There was a lot of mandatory drinking events and I was just burning out. So I decided to make a career shift and joined the Thinkful coding bootcamp. Its a remote boot camp. After 6 months I got hired and became an associate software engineer.

\\u201cI still can\\u2019t believe how generous people are in the tech industry with their time. There were so many people who didn\\u2019t know me and would just offer me their time to help me or to just talk to me.\\u201d
