This week we watched Gotta Kick It Up! (2002) and we talk about dance teams and the confusion of 9th grade being considered middle school?? When we talk about topics that we may be misinformed on, we want to apologize in advance. We don't ever want to seem like we are speaking FOR people of color, and we realize we can only bring our own experiences along with the knowledge we have taken the time to learn on these subjects.
