The Young and the Restless wasn\\u2019t the only soap to deliver casting news. General Hospital revealed that Hillary B. Smith will be reprising her One Life to Live character Nora Buchanan. It also the role no one knew needed recasting by hiring Paulina Bugembe to play Valerie Spencer.
