But how does gratitude impact those who struggle with depression and anxiety? Research shows that a daily practice of gratitude has significant psychological benefits for those who struggle with depression and anxiety. \\xa0 This week, you\'re invited to take part in a guided\\xa0 Gratitude Journey.
