Overcoming Resentment

One of the hardest things you'll do in life is to find within yourself the capacity to forgive someone who has harmed you. Forgiveness is essential if you want to experience true inner freedom. If you think you're not quite ready to forgive someone, know that forgiveness is a journey. It takes time to forgive someone, especially if that someone is yourself.
