RUDY REYES | OUT OF THE DARKNESS COMES THE LIGHT

Published: Sept. 15, 2020, 4:19 a.m.

This week I am honoured and excited to bring you this truly fascinating, motivational and energy-packed episode with the inspiring, open and honest Rudy Reyes.

As an orphan from South Texas, Rudy was raised in Kansas City and the Omaha Home for Boys. He practised discipline in Martial Arts and Illustration to overcome poverty and later raise His little Brothers.

That refining of character and motivation to fight for others who needed protection led Rudy into the Marine Corps in the 90s, and after going through an arduous selection process to join the Elite of the Elite, Rudy became a Reconnaissance Marine which is only achieved by 300 out of 300,000 US Marines.

Fighting in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq, Rudy was discharged with Honors after his 2nd Enlistment and became a fitness coach. He then tactically advised and starred as himself in the Emmy award-winning HBO Mini-Series, “Generation Kill”.

This led to him working in film and TV to highlight Veteran Issues and Warrior Transition back into civilisation.

In 2015 Rudy Reyes Created Force Blue, A Veteran Non-Profit Utilizing Special Operations Veterans to rebuild Coral Reefs and do Ocean Conservation with a mission to Rebuild and Protect Our Oceans and Veterans of all Services.

This show is a rollercoaster that takes us all over the world,  and in and out of the darker recesses of Rudy’s life experiences and back into the light in which he finds himself blessed with an incredible life that he shares with his fiance, having moved to Idaho recently. The conversation is highly entertaining, informative, inspirational, motivational and spiritual. I loved every minute of it. I hope you do too.
