Today I am really stoked to welcome Ross Hillier onto the podcast.

Ross is a husband, father, and lover of all things strength.He was a collegiate athlete turned health coach, and works with other  men on how to build themselves into leaders through health and strength.

This episode is full of pearls of wisdom and so much practical ready to use advice on how to develop a strong body and a strong mind while showing up each day better and more effectively for our families.

We discuss things like morning and evening routines, experimenting with different actions and ideas and scheduling to get the most out of ourselves and our days and a whole range of strategies of how to optimise yourself to serve others.
