How often do you find yourself thinking about what you lack in any given situation?

How often do you replay these experiences or thoughts in your head?

We wouldn't choose to flood our bodies with negative emotions and do it again and again.

So why do we do it with thoughts and memories? 

The road to happiness is not found by focusing on what we aren't getting out of life. It is lined with gratitude and appreciation and a focus on the good.
