Is it worth a second thought? How many of the thoughts that arise in our minds are worth our precious time?

In this episode, I discuss becoming aware of 7 things we think and say to ourselves and often also to others, and how it is beneficial to choose to not let them find a home in our minds when they are not worth a second thought.

It is really powerful when we stop falling prey to these useless thoughts and instead focus on solutions and taking action.
