"Such as are your habitual thoughts, such also will be the character of your mind; for the soul is dyed by the thoughts." - Marcus Aurelius

We've been discussing the various behaviours and routines we can physically put into action to develop the habits and rituals to build a strong framework for our lives. This can be challenging, but by far a more difficult thing to master is changing our habitual thought patterns and the way we react to stress, discomfort, criticism etc.

In this episode, we START on the journey by learning to uncover and discard the habitual thoughts that lead us down the well-worn paths create since we were children, and have now become our default responses to external forces we perceive as threatening.

Just like identifying and getting rid of unhelpful physical habits helps us to implement positive behaviours, so ridding ourselves of negative habitual thoughts leads to greater emotional well-being and resilience which then creates a feedback loop that results in Stronger Minds and Stronger Bodies and Stronger Character.
