Zac Small ( Previous pen name Hunter Drew)  is a married father of two, Navy Veteran, and the Founder of The Family Alpha Blog & Podcast, Founder of the Leadership and Action Blog and Podcast, and CoFounder of the Private Men’s Group the Fraternity of Excellence. During our conversation today we look at various aspects of parenting that modern-day men and fathers are faced within the current cultural climate. We discuss how strength is tested in times of struggle, being honest and being able to look at yourself objectively in order to move forward. Zach and I also talk about how important raising strong sons is to building and maintaining a strong society and how this doesn’t come at the expense of girls flourishing and becoming strong, courageous and successful.
